Additionally, this unit features a Flame Broiler Lever, which allows for direct flame searing up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The control board also has WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities, so you can connect your grill to your smart device and use the Pit Boss Grills app to monitor or change temperatures. This grill is equipped with a removable stainless steel side shelf and a folding front shelf, granting you plenty of prep space. Plus, it has a built-in spice rack and a solid bottom shelf for additional storage space. The solid legs have 2 inline-style wheels to make this grill easy to transport. It also features a grease management system with a simple steel bucket that can be used with a foil liner (sold separately). Use this convenient grill to smoke, bake, roast, braise, sear, grill, char-grill, or barbecue your favorite dishes.
